The App facilitates access to third-party accounts but does not process, store, or analyze the content of linked accounts beyond user-requested actions. Users can revoke access at any time via their account settings.

- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, time spent).
c. Location Information
The App may collect precise, real-time location data from your device if you enable location-based features (e.g., for Calendar events). You can disable this in your device settings.
d. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account, verifying your identity.

e. Will We Access Your Content?
We do not access, view, read, analyze, or share the content of your Emails, Notes, Contacts, To-Do items, or Events, except:
- When you explicitly choose to share it with others (e.g., sending an email).
- As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).
- In limited cases for technical support, with your consent.
2. Do Third Parties See or Access Information Obtained by the App?
We share your information only as described below:
- Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated data with external services to improve the App (e.g., usage analytics). Aggregated data may include app usage patterns, feature engagement statistics, and anonymized performance metrics, but never includes personal data, email contents, or identifiable information.

3. What Are My Opt-Out and Deletion Rights?
a. Opting Out
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App from your devices and ceasing web access. You may also request to opt out by emailing privacy@floware.com.
b. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing account@floware.com from your registered email address. Once we authenticate your request—and if no legal obligations prevent deletion—we’ll remove your account and data within 30 days. Upon account deletion, all user-generated content (emails, notes, tasks) is permanently removed within 30 days unless legal or operational obligations require a longer retention period. Backup data may persist in encrypted form for up to [X months] before being automatically purged. This action is permanent and irreversible.
4. Data Retention Policy
- User-Provided Data: Retained as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period afterward (e.g., to support account recovery).
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months, then stored in aggregate form.
- Deletion Requests: To delete your data sooner, email privacy@floware.com. We’ll respond within 30 days, though some data may be retained if required for App functionality or legal compliance.
5. Children
The App is not designed to solicit data from or market to children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided information without parental consent, we’ll delete it within a reasonable time. Parents or guardians can contact us at privacy@floware.com to report such cases.
6. Security
We prioritize safeguarding your information with physical, electronic, and procedural measures. Despite these efforts, no system is immune to all breaches. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Compliance with Privacy Laws
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Users have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their data. Contact privacy@floware.com to exercise these rights.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email, in-App notices, or by posting the updated policy at www.floware.com.
9. Your Consent
By using the App, you consent to our processing of your information as described here and in future amendments.
