Why We're Doing This
We decided to create Flo because we want to make life easier for people. Computers and software have made it possible to do a lot more things, but it seemed to us that things weren't getting any easier..... they've just gotten more complex. If we can make a lot of little things easier, life will be nicer and we can spend more time and energy on the things we like to do.
We take pride in our work. If we wouldn't give software to our friends and families, we're not going to release it to our users.
We make mistakes. When we make mistakes, we try to fix them.
Privacy
We're big believers in privacy. We won't and can't look at your data. We won't and can't give your data to anyone else. We spend a lot of time and money to make sure we have good security.
We don't own your data. You do. To the extent possible, you should be able to delete your data or take it with you to other platforms, systems and applications. We'd like you to continue to use Flo because you like it, not because it's hard to migrate to another app.
We hate ads. We plan to do everything possible to keep ads out of Flo.
Pricing
Flo cost money to develop and it costs money to maintain. We've been working on it full time for a long time. We offer a free version to let users learn about and try Flo and to use it on a casual basis. If you start to use Flo a lot, we've designed Flo so you will probably need to upgrade to a paid version. We try to be very transparent and upfront about this. We also try to keep our pricing low so if you do decide to upgrade, you will feel like it's fair, reasonable and provides good value.
We Need Your Help
Our users are much smarter than we are. Feedback from customers is like gold to us. But turning gold into jewelry takes time .... so please be a little patient with us if takes time for us to fix problems you've pointed out or to implement improvements you have suggested.
